If you require additional time on either end, please let us know in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Cancellations are possible up to 2 days prior to arrival. After that, a fee may apply. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details, or reach out with questions.

All guests must present valid identification upon check-in.

For international guests, we are required by Japanese law to collect and record your passport information. This is handled securely and respectfully.

MU HEN KO is a non-smoking property. This includes all rooms and shared spaces. A deep cleaning fee may apply if smoking occurs indoors.

MU HEN KO is an adult-oriented space.
If you are planning to stay with children, we ask that you contact us prior to your visit.

We are unable to accommodate pets at this time.

Service animals are, of course, welcome with appropriate documentation.

Our building has structural constraints that may limit accessibility for some guests. Please reach out ahead of your stay if you have specific needs — we will do our best to assist.

You are welcome to take personal photos during your stay.

If you are producing content intended for commercial use, publication, or broadcast, prior permission is required. Please contact us to discuss any requests.

Guests may be held responsible for any substantial damage to property or furnishings.

MU HEN KO is not liable for personal items lost or left behind during your stay.

All guest information is handled in accordance with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI). Your data is never shared unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
