Furnished in collaboration with Copenhagen design studio FRAMA, each room is an individually curated response to its specific dimensions and spatial rhythm. Clean lines, tactile surfaces and soft neutral palettes form a language of stillness — a convergence of Scandinavian restraint and Japanese warmth.

No two rooms are exactly alike. Though each holds the same promise of clarity and ease, stillness and intimacy, timber and light.

FROM THE ARCHITECTURAL MIND OF A GENERATION

MU HEN KO: TOKYO was conceived in partnership with Japanese architect Yuko Nagayama whose work is defined by precision, intuition and a deep sensitivity to space. Her design for the project became an exploration of how light, timber and raw texture can shape emotional experience — distilling complexity into calm. Within the sturdy bones of what was once a traditional Japanese home, what has been created is both timeless and contemporary: rooms breathe, raw materials remain exposed, materials that speak, and a sense of ease connects every surface and shadow. The result is a space that feels deeply personal yet universally resonant — a study in restraint, warmth and the beauty of presence.
